Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as much accurate as possible in terms to descride our products. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability from time to time without prior notice. Pictures taken on our products are 100% what you get, however our products are hand-made and customized once when we receive an order, so we can not guarantee the placement of each crystals will be 100% on the same spot as you see on the pictures, but we can ensure it will look as much closer as possible.

Exchange/Return Policy

We guarantee our products will be in perfect condition when we ship it, however a damaged or loss item will be the resipondsible of the shipping carriers, you are required to claim the insurence for the shipping company. Our express shipping method  included a maxium of $100 shipping insurenaces,  however you are require to pay for additional shipping insurence if possible.

We offer refunds and exchange for orders delivered  within' 7 business days, item must be in its original condition and must return within' 7 days of receipt. Our returning address is labeled on the package.

Items returns after 7 business days upon receipt will not be accept. All sales items are none refundable. Express Shipping charges are not refundable. For the free shipping items, a 5% to 10% re-stocking fees will be charged depends on the value of goods..

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Discounted products are final sales, we do not accept any returns for discounted products. However, we do accept exchange for discounted goods.
